Door Hinge Pins And Brash Bushing Repair Kit Bushes Fit For Nissan Patrol GQ Y60

A very common problem for Nissan Patrol owners is over time the doors begin to sag or become very hard to open and close. Planet parts have developed a solution to this issue with these custom designed replacement door pins. These carbon steel pins and billet brass bushes have been specifically designed to match the factory measurements, however, this kit is made from much stronger materials. This kit includes the pins and bushes required to Re-Bush two doors on the following models.

Installation notes
- You will need to drill out the original rivet head to remove the factory door pins and bushes.
- Peening/Hammering the bushes and pins in is required – simply sliding them into hinges will not keep them in place.
- Please grease the pins before installation.
- After installation, the door may be tight to open/close, however, will loosen as the bushes and pins wear in.
