RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TERMS
All sales are final unless the item is defective upon delivery. Please inspect the item upon receipt make sure its correct for the application as no claims will be honoured after 7 days of delivery. Shipping fees are not refundable and all postage costs of returning an item are the responsibility of the buyer. All products being returned must be in original condition and pack. If products are returned in damaged and / or not the original packaging, the cost of the replacement packaging will be taken off the refund amount or a restocking fee may apply.
For branded products that are sold by us on behalf of another ‘manufacturer’, the return will be passed onto the ‘manufacturer’ and determined by the ‘manufacturer’ if a warranty or refund will be accepted. We will not be held liable for another manufacturer’s return policy or decision.
An original copy of the invoice must be provided to us prior to return process. We will not refund or exchange a product because you ‘simply changed your mind’. Any parts supplied that has been fitted and is deemed not fit for resale will not be able to be returned.

We require the approval number on return. If a return has been approved and the customer would like the money returned, we will only return the money to the EFT/PayPal account or credit card number that the original invoice was debited to.
A restocking fee of up to 20% maybe charged at our discretion.
All new items have a 12 month warranty, ensuring that you, the vehicle or equipment’s owner, and your professional installer have properly fitted, fused, wired and/or relayed the accessories as per manufacturer’s instructions.
