DIY Airbag Kit

Airbag kit includes two brand new #2500 airbags, plain end plates and bolts.

  set up. They can be used for:

• Custom load assist kits in vehicles
• Caravans and heavy duty trailers
• Dump vehicles to drop car onto ground
• 4 or 5 Link conversions from leaf spring
• Car Trailers can drop to ground for easy ramp access
• Lifting platforms
• Press

These kits come with plain end plates made from untreated mild steel so that they are easy to weld. They come pre-drilled to fit the clamp rings on the bags and each plate comes with 6 bolts and washers.
The end plates are 6mm thick and 136mm wide.
One end plate comes with a 1/4″ bspt hole for the air inlet.

The standard #2500 bag is tested to 50t and 1000psi each. They are conservatively rated to 2500 pounds each or 1.2t, and so 2 x bags combined are rated to 2.4t
