DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Checkout Process

We will combine postage so when you have finished purchasing, “request total from us” at checkout and we will send you an invoice via PAYPAL with the total item cost plus one shipping charge.

Insurance

When finalising payment, you have the option of selecting insurance on your item and we highly recommended this. We will not assume liability for loss or damage during shipment if you decline insurance.

Shipping Times

Items will be shipped within 48 business hours of payment being received and/or cleared unless you are advised otherwise. 1pm EST Cut off time applies for processing all orders express post items included.

Please be aware that delivery of items will vary upon where you live. We are based in Melbourne so please allow up to 14 days for your item if living interstate.

Payment

If paying by PayPal, all items will be shipped to your PayPal shipping address. It is your responsibility to ensure that this address is correct and we will not be liable for any lost items as a result of an incorrect address.

Overseas or International Buyers

Postage on items is only Australia wide. If you are purchasing from overseas, please contact us to arrange postage cost. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
